LIMITED RELEASE - One of our special seasonal releases

The Wicked Gin is our release for Winter, laced with generous amounts of black currants and jostaberries. The wonderful fruits of Summer have rested on our classic signature Dry Gin since Summer. Similar characteristics to a Sloe Gin but the unique character of the black currants is a real hero. The jostaberry brings a fresh tartness (dryness). The well balanced ‘dry’ fruit based gin is rich and warming. If you prefer a little sweetness a good tonic will bring that to the gin otherwise enjoy the dryness with ‘soda’.

As a ‘night cap’ we suggest a 30ml shot in a small wine glass with 2 teaspoons of boiling water added with a short swirl of the glass to follow, sit back and enjoy the Southarm Sippa!
