Our Sloe berries (small plum) are picked by us in late Summer to Autumn from the Blackthorn (Prunus Spinosa) bushes which are scattered within the hedgerows and fence lines across the Tasmanian country side. Picked from a variety of locations, the Sloe berries are steeped on our signature Dry Gin for twelve months; racked and sweetend to a wonderful balanced flavor between the sweetness of our sugar syrup and the tart characteristics of the sloe.

A complex fruit gin with rich berry notes balanced across a robust bitter sweet cherry like flavor. The higher ABV enables our spirit to hold the flavours so well, bringing integrity to a wonderfully crafted spirit.

We suggest a 30ml shot in a small wine glass with 2 teaspoons of boiling water added with a short swirl of the glass to follow, sit back and enjoy the Southarm Sippa!
