Our Taswegian Bold is packed with flavour and stands up very well to how ever you mix your spirits. Taswegian Bold is a Gin we made purely to our liking. A ‘whisky drinkers’, Gin enjoyed neat over rock ice or in your Favourite cocktail. Our Bold Gin makes an outstanding Negroni.

Lots of spice and everything that is nice in our Taswegian Gin and at a big 60.5% ABV. Lots of spice from the Tasmanian mountain pepper berry, outstanding mouth feel and a long indulgent finish with very little heat from such a high ABV.

In some circumstances a tonic or other mixer brings a cloudy nature (louche or ouzo effect) to our Bold Gin. This is due to the presence of an organic compound called Anethole. It is a type of aromatic compound that occurs widely in nature. A natural flavouring and sweetener the anethole present in our Bold Gin is due to the generous quantity of botanical ingredients we use.

As gin distillers we enjoy big bold flavors and a completely natural product.
